The House of Strep

Yep, you guessed it. Three out four have tested positive, but what’s weird is, Faith is the only one that didn’t, but has been the most symptomatic. Isn’t that crazy? I had an awful night with her, crying, and she was drooling like she was afraid to swallow, so I automatically assumed that she had it. And she was my main reason for taking them in. My first question for them, was did they mix up the tests, but they swear that they didn’t. So that’s Christopher, Allie and Emma that are on antibiotics for 10 days. But they are all acting like they feel ok. The ped did say to give her a call this weekend, if Faith starts showing signs, you know, fever and such.

oh, ruthie!!! that really stinks! i hope everyone is feeling better soon!!!

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. Hopefully they all have a speedy recovery & Faith doesn’t get it.

Oh God, honey, us too. Three of us had it last weekend - we’re finally starting to feel a little better! The good news is that once you get those antibiotics in ya, you feel better fast. Hugs to all of you! (From a distance. Keep those strep germs to yourself!)
